Lisa Barker

Lisa Barker has over 30 years of work experience. Lisa started their career at CIBC in 1990 as a Support Specialist and worked there until 2000. In 2000, they joined Nortera as a Manager of Human Resources and held that position until 2019 when they became the Director of Human Resources for Ontario and Alberta Operations. Currently, Lisa holds the position of HR Director Operations for both Canada and the USA at Nortera.

Lisa Barker received a Managing Change Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Western University in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Fanshawe College, where they focused on Human Resources.
