Ricky Tiernan is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and medical readiness coordination. Currently serving as a Charge Nurse at Athens Health and Rehabilitation since September 2019 and a Medical Surgical Nurse at North Alabama Medical Center since October 2021, Ricky also holds a position as a CERFP Medical Technician with the Air National Guard since January 2003. Prior experience includes serving as a Medical Readiness Coordinator at Fox Army Health Center from September 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities involved ensuring the deployability of approximately 2,000 soldiers’ healthcare. Ricky holds a BS in Emergency Services Management with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University and an Associate's Degree in Practical Nursing from Great Falls College Montana State University.
