Christy Merrick is the Director of Natural Start Alliance at North American Association for Environmental Education, leading a national alliance promoting nature and outdoor learning in early childhood education. Prior to this role, Christy was an Independent Consultant providing communications services to various organizations, Outreach Coordinator at Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, Education Director at Sundance Mountain Resort, and an Environmental Education Specialist at World Wildlife Fund. Christy holds a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and a BS in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation with Highest Honors from University of Florida.
