Lori Jones

Lori Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. From 2002 to 2012, they worked at Solomon Friedman Advertising, where they started as a Media Buyer and eventually became a Senior Account Executive, leading the Business/Defense Team. During their time there, they managed relationships and projects with various clients, including defense contractors, insurance companies, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and payment processors.

In 2012, Lori Jones joined North American Bancard as the Director of Marketing. In this role, they oversaw the development of a robust marketing division supporting 14 brands and led the implementation of key marketing and brand initiatives for the company and its subsidiaries.

From 2016 to 2018, Lori served as the Vice President of Marketing at North American Bancard Holdings, where they delivered strategic and operational leadership for the marketing department. Lori drove marketing strategies, brand positioning, and messaging to support the expansion and revenue growth of the organization and its subsidiaries.

In 2018, Lori Jones transitioned to the role of VP of UI/UX, Web Engineering, User Acceptance Testing, and Research at North American Bancard. Lori led a 45-person team, driving the strategic direction and user-centricity of digital products. Lori also collected and analyzed customer data to shape product design.

Currently, Lori Jones holds the position of Vice President of Product Management & Project Management at North American Bancard. In this role, they oversee the strategy, development, and management of a B2B product suite, ensuring customer needs are met and driving efficient growth for the company.

Lori Jones has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a minor in Outdoor Recreation and Conservation, from Central Michigan University.
