Matthew Carter

Matthew Carter started their career at TechniServe, Inc. in 2005 as a Senior Software Developer/Team Lead. Matthew worked on software development for external client websites using languages like PHP, ColdFusion, and Business BASIC. As a Team Lead, they added processes to development and training procedures, assisted team members with projects, delegated and monitored project progress, and drafted and proposed business RFPs. In 2015, they joined North American Bancard as the Director of Software Engineering. In this role, they oversee software efforts in the financial/payments industry, is fluent in multiple programming languages and technologies, and serves as a solution architect and problem solver.
