Paul Tomasofsky

Paul Tomasofsky has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul is currently a Senior Vice President and the General Manager for Merchant Payments at North American Banking Company, where they manage a team responsible for providing various merchant card payment products. Prior to this, Paul served as a Partner at McGovern Smith Advisors, LLC from 2014 to 2021. Paul also held the role of Executive Director at Debit Network Alliance from 2013 to 2021. Additionally, Paul was the President of the Secure Remote Payment Council from 2010 to 2021. Paul founded Two Sparrows Consulting in 2003 and acted as its President until 2021, providing strategic planning and consulting services to prominent firms in the industry. Paul has also held executive positions at Maverick Network Solutions, NYCE Corporation, VISA Interactive, and First National Bank of Maryland throughout their career.

Paul Tomasofsky attended Penn State University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Paul later pursued further education at Loyola University Maryland from 1989 to 1992, earning an Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance.
