Tammy Bears is a procurement expert with extensive experience in sourcing and vendor management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Procurement at L3Harris Technologies since January 2019, Tammy previously held the role of Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at North American Breweries, Inc., focusing on contract negotiations and performance management for multi-million dollar raw ingredient and packaging expenditures. With a strong background in purchasing, Tammy has created standard operating procedures and mentored team members during a tenure as Senior Buyer. Additional roles include Deputy Treasurer at Greece Central School District, where cash flow management and treasury reporting were key responsibilities, and various positions at Eastman Kodak Company, including Credit Representative and Benefits Specialist, where Tammy excelled in customer service and process improvement.
