Jim Perron

Jim Perron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and composites industries. Currently serving as the Regional Commercial Manager at North American Composites since April 2022, Jim has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Business Development, General Manager, and Plant Manager at Toolcraft Machining, Inc. from July 2014 to December 2021. Additional prior positions include Operations Manager at Blast Cleaning Technologies and Plant Manager roles at Trienda Lexington Logistics and DRM Industries Corporation. Jim started their career at Grede Foundries, where a focus on Quality Systems and Organizational Development spanned over a decade. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Illinois University, earned between 1992 and 1994.
