Denise Sybert

Denise Sybert is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS management. Currently serving as Director of Human Resource Operations at North American Dental Group since April 2021, Denise has held various roles within the organization, including Total Rewards & HRIS Manager and Total Rewards Manager. Prior experience includes serving as People & Culture Manager and Benefits and Wellness Manager at Autosoft DMS from February 2015 to April 2021, and Human Resources Manager at Winner International from 1998 to February 2015, focusing on comprehensive HR administration. Denise began a career in HR as a Benefits Consultant at Walker Benefits and as a Staff Accountant at Hill, Barth & King LLC. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Waynesburg University, Denise combines expertise in human resources with a solid foundation in accounting.
