Vivian Le currently serves as the Markets Coordinator at Rodale Institute, beginning in April 2024, and has been a Podcast Host & Producer along with Productions Circle Chair at the North American Food Systems Network since July 2021. In this role, Vivian is engaged in creating events and content to educate and empower members, managing the website, webinars, and podcasts, as well as overseeing social media and curriculum development. Past experiences include positions as Market Manager at East End Food Institute, where Vivian launched the East End Food Market and managed vendor relations, and Tuttofare at Spannocchia, an organic agritourism farm in Tuscany. Vivian has also held roles in podcast editing and outreach communications for various organizations and has academic credentials that include a Master’s degree in Gastronomy from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
