Nicole Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Nicole started their career in 2011 as a Business Services Specialist/Admin Assistant at Professional's Choice, where they consistently exceeded expectations in the Customer Service department and built strong relationships with supply, finance, and marketing teams. Nicole also served as the key contact for technical and application questions.
In 2018, Nicole joined Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, they monitored incoming purchase orders, managed problem-solving and dispute resolution, and ensured timely and accurate entry of purchase orders into the ERP system.
Currently, Nicole is working at North American Lubricants as a Customer Service Specialist. Nicole'sresponsibilities include processing daily incoming orders, communicating lead times and logistics preferences to stakeholders, and analyzing research information on eCommerce orders for accuracy and cost compliance.
Throughout their career, Nicole has consistently demonstrated strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Nicole Nelson's education history includes attending Torrey Pines High School. After high school, they enrolled at San Diego City College, however, no specific degree or field of study is provided for either educational institution.

Our Story North American Lubricants, Co. was founded in 1999 by a small group of investors, who are also lubricant purchasers, who were concerned about trends in the petroleum industry and their decrease in profit. Multiple mergers and acquisitions cut the number of national petroleum suppliers down by seventy-five percent. Drastically reduced competition, inefficiencies, outrageous overhead expenses, and corporate greed sent national lubricant prices on an unprecedented upward trend. These factors turned a true commodity, bulk lubricants, into an overpriced retail product. Major oil justified the increased price levels with creative marketing campaigns while continuing to generate record breaking profits. North American Lubricants' Puratech brand was developed to provide a dependable alternative. Since 1999, North American Lubricants has established a forty-two state distribution infrastructure. This amazing growth was facilitated by our dedication to outstanding customer service, premium product quality and competitive pricing.
