Claudia Patino MS, SHRM-CP, PHR has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1995 as the Human Resources Director at Servimos Limitada. Claudia later worked as an HR Consultant at Bilingual Staffing Solutions, LLC before becoming the Human Resources/Telemarketing Director at BrainstormUSA in 2004. From 2010 to 2014, Claudia worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Hospitality Staffing Solutions, where they led a team of 10 HR staff members and provided strategic analysis and executive coaching. Claudia then joined HOTELPRO in 2015 as the Director of Human Resources, where they developed business processes and provided day-to-day support to the operations staff. Claudia's most recent role is the Director of Human Resources at the North American Mission Board, where they began in 2022.

Claudia Patino MS, SHRM-CP, PHR has a strong educational background in psychology, with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Universidad Santo Tomás, obtained from 1982 to 1987. Claudia further pursued their studies at Universidad Santo Tomás Colombia, where they completed their Master's degree (MS) in Psychology in 1993. In addition to their academic achievements, Claudia also holds a Certificate in Quality Management from Icontec - Santo Tomas University, completed in 1995.

Claudia Patino has also obtained two highly regarded certifications in the field of Human Resources. In April 2019, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
