Erica Lanham

Erica Lanham has extensive experience in training and customer support within the North American Mission Board (NAMB), where roles from Senior Care & Development Consultant to HR Senior Coordinator of Care & Development have been held since June 2013. In these positions, Erica has developed and facilitated training resources to enhance user acceptance after system deployments. Prior experience includes roles in customer service and administrative functions at SunTrust Bank and Harris Teeter, where Erica achieved a promotion shortly after starting. Additional earlier experiences include teaching as a Pre-K educator and various customer service roles at Kohl's Department Stores. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia College & State University.
