Trevin Wax

Trevin Wax has a strong background in theology and Christian education. Trevin spent 11 years at LifeWay Christian Resources, where they held various roles such as Senior Vice President for Theology and Communications, General and Managing Editor of The Gospel Project, and Director for Bibles and Reference. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Pastor for Education and Missions at First Baptist Church for 3 years. Trevin also has teaching experience as a Visiting Professor at Wheaton College and as a Teaching Pastor at THIRD BAPTIST CHURCH OF MURFREESBORO, INC. Currently, Trevin Wax is the Vice President for Research and Resource Development at North American Mission Board.

Trevin Wax earned their Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Theology from Emanuel University of Oradea, Romania, completing their studies from 2000 to 2005. Trevin then pursued further education at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where they obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree from the School of Theology, graduating in 2009. Continuing their academic journey, they enrolled at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and successfully completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Theology from 2012 to 2015.
