Brad Wiedenhoeft is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the laminations industry. Founder and President of SourceCut Industries, Inc. since 1999, Brad has played a pivotal role in the company's development. Additionally, Brad served as Chief Executive Officer at North American Specialty Laminations since November 2023, after holding the position of Chief Development Officer from March 2022 to October 2023. Prior to this, Brad worked as Chief Revenue Officer at American Laminations from August 2021 to June 2022. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned between 1976 and 1981.

We are the North American leader in differentiated lamination, fabrication and finishing solutions to the building products industry. As our mission, we are consistently challenging the status quo to develop value-added products and business solutions to meet our customers’ evolving needs. The NASL business model addresses an ever-increasing demand for color in building products. For our key accounts, the market pressures associated with capital investments, labor and transportation are addressed by NASL, recognizing that finishing and lamination are not the core competencies of most building products OEMs. The equipment, and the manufacturing processes are complex and requires floor space and highly skilled labor. Vertically integrating to add the capability would require meaningful investment and be at tension with many of their publicly stated strategic initiatives. These factors coupled with our short runs, quick turn-around for inventory turn efficiencies and plants within <500 miles of each/all “Tier 1” customer locations, streamline the supply chain, delivering needed efficiencies and quality.
