Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance at North American Specialty Laminations since October 2021, Garred previously held the position of Vice President of Finance. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Financial Analyst at Andersen Corporation from November 2018 to October 2021 and progressing through various financial management roles at Midwest Manufacturing Company from July 2015 to November 2018, including General Plant Controller. Garred holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2011 and 2014.

We are the North American leader in differentiated lamination, fabrication and finishing solutions to the building products industry. Vertically integrating to add the capability would require meaningful investment and be at tension with many of their publicly stated strategic initiatives. These factors coupled with our short runs, quick turn-around for inventory turn efficiencies and plants within <500 miles of each/all “Tier 1” customer locations, streamline the supply chain, delivering needed efficiencies and quality.
