Joseph Persky

Joseph Persky is an experienced professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at North American Stamping Group since April 2013, Joseph focuses on innovative processes and technologies to lead the automotive industry. Previously, as TQPS Kaizen Coordinator, efforts were directed towards fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Continuous Improvement Leader, Black Belt at Regal Beloit Corporation, where a strong emphasis was placed on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality. Joseph also contributed to design improvements as a Design Draftsman at Morrill Motors. Joseph's earlier experience includes working as a Tax Professional at Liberty Tax Service, with an educational background in Drafting and Design Technology from Northeast State Community College.
