Jonathan Pauquette

Jonathan Pauquette has a diverse work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Jonathan started their career as a Sales Associate at Circuit City in 2006 and then worked as a Sales Assistant (Intern) at Naylor Association Solutions in 2008. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Junk Truck Team Member at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. In 2009, Jonathan joined Best Buy as a Sales Specialist and later transitioned to a role as an Agent at Geek Squad from 2011 to 2013. Jonathan then joined Apple as an AppleCare Advisor, providing software and hardware support for various Apple products and services from 2013 to 2015. Jonathan's most recent positions have been in the field of Information Technology (IT). Jonathan worked as an Information Technology Coordinator at the North American Veterinary Community (NAVC) from 2015 to 2017, where they advised the C-Suite on technology solutions, managed IT staff and contract labor, and supported internal and external customers at Tier 2 & 3 levels. Jonathan then took on the role of Information Technology Manager at NAVC from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project timelines and budgets, developing training content, and implementing various systems and software. Jonathan is currently working at NAVC as a Senior Director of IT, utilizing their extensive IT expertise to lead and strategize technology initiatives within the organization.

Jonathan Pauquette has an extensive education history in the field of computer/information technology administration and management. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Santa Fe College and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. During the same period, Jonathan also earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Santa Fe College. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Santa Fe College.

Jonathan has also obtained various certifications to complement their education. In April 2020, they obtained a certification in "Learning Secure Payments and PCI" from LinkedIn. In September 2019, they earned the "ITIL V4 Foundation Level" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In August 2019, Jonathan received certification in "Avoiding Phishing Scams" from LinkedIn. Jonathan is also a certified "Google Certified Associate - G Suite Administrator" since April 2017, an "Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration" since July 2016, and an "Apple Certified Associate - Mac Management" since July 2015. In May 2012, they completed the Cisco Networking Academy program from Santa Fe College, and during the same month, they acquired a certification in "Information Technology Management" from the same institution.
