Lacey Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lacey started their career in 2008 as the Marketing & Promotions Director for Owl's Eyes, where they successfully implemented marketing campaigns and managed both for-profit and nonprofit events. In 2010, they joined MKTG as a Captain Morgan Key Account Strategist, overseeing brand awareness and managing a team of promotional staff.
