Mha Rachel Mullins Mshi, Mbcm (ASCP)

Rachel Mullins, MHA, MSHI, MB(ASCP)CM, serves as the Director of Laboratory Services at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel was the Manager of Laboratory Services at the University of Missouri Health Care from September 2018 to February 2022, overseeing multiple laboratory departments with approximately 30 direct reports and leading the development of policies and procedures in alignment with established standards. Rachel holds two Master's degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Health Care Administration/Management and Health Informatics, earned between January 2018 and December 2021.
