Sasa Vucinic is an accomplished media entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in independent media and journalism-related ventures. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of North Base Media since August 2014, Sasa leads investment efforts in media technologies serving developing markets while also chairing the Investment Committee. Sasa founded V Media Ventures in April 2006, offering project generation and media management advisory services. Additionally, Sasa has held pivotal roles such as Chairman of the Board at Independent Voices Foundation and Visiting Social Entrepreneur Fellow at the National University of Singapore's Business School. Sasa's earlier experience includes co-founding the Media Development Loan Fund and serving as CEO for nearly 16 years, along with roles at the Soros Foundation and Radio B92. Sasa's editorial career began at the magazine "NON" before transitioning to Radio B92's leadership. Educational credentials include programs at Harvard Business School and the University of Belgrade.
