Jim Holzkamm

Jim Holzkamm currently serves as the General Manager of Manufacturing at North Bay Industries since September 2021. Previously, Jim held the position of Executive Vice President at Sunshine Fit, overseeing the purchase and management of Fitmark branded bags tailored for fitness enthusiasts. Jim also founded JLH Supply Chain Consulting, providing expertise in sourcing and supply chain management for textile products. At VF Corporation, Jim served as Director of Engineering and Technical Services, focusing on outdoor brands, and earlier roles at JanSport included Director of Global Sourcing, where Jim managed substantial product sourcing and supply chain improvements.
