Andrew Oppenheimer has extensive experience in both medical and operational roles. Currently serving as an Educator at Northwell Health and as a Clinical Associate/EMT-D at Hofstra University Student Health Center, Andrew focuses on ensuring accurate processes for students. Additional experience includes over 18 years as an EMT-D with the North Bellmore Fire Department and a Skills Evaluator at Nassau County EMS Academy. Previously, Andrew held leadership positions such as COO at The Golden Box, Inc., overseeing operations and sales, and as New Business Manager for OOH-FAH Teriyaki Sauce, emphasizing health-conscious products. Andrew's career includes culinary expertise, having worked as Head Chef at Harris Teeter and holds a degree from The Culinary Institute of America. Furthering education at the Center for Learning and Innovation, Andrew is enhancing skills in Emergency Medical Technology.

Protecting the North Bellmore area since 1923, the North Bellmore Fire Department is comprised of two stations/companies: Smithville South Hook, Ladder and Engine Company #1 (founded 1908) and North Bellmore Engine and Rescue Company #2 (founded 1923).
