Laura Williams

Laura Williams has extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Laura is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at North Bend Medical Center since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Clinic Operations at LOWER UMPQUA HOSPITAL DISTRICT from September 2021 to May 2022. Laura has also held positions such as Director of Community Engagement at Advanced Health from October 2016 to September 2021, Director of Member & Provider Services at Western Oregon Advanced Health, LLC from July 2014 to September 2016, and Continuing Medical Education, Healthcare Careers at Bay Area Hospital from October 2012 to July 2014. Before that, they served as a Manager, Managed Behavioral Health Services, Quality, Maternity Services at Reliant Behavioral Health from 2008 to 2012. Throughout their career, they have also held roles at South Coast Health Alliance, LLC, National Behavioral Consortium, Inc., Reliant Behavioral Health, and The Corvallis Clinic, LLC.

Laura Williams began their education at Coquille High School, where they obtained their High School diploma in 1991. Laura then went on to attend the University of Oregon from 1991 to 1993, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period. Following that, Laura attended Oregon State University from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion. Currently, Laura is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership at Western Governors University, a program they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022.
