Sierra Spencer

Sierra Spencer is an experienced healthcare professional with a comprehensive background in clinical support and patient care. Currently serving as a Laboratory Technician Assistant and Quality Improvement Specialist at North Bend Medical Center since September 2015, Sierra facilitates new hire clinical training and provider support for quality improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Transitions of Care Coordinator, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in pediatrics, and lead coordinator for the Respiratory Clinic. Additional experience encompasses medication administration and care coordination at The Corvallis Caring Place, as well as providing in-home care and volunteer work at Community Outreach, Inc. Sierra holds a General Science degree with a focus on Pre-Medicine from Oregon State University and has consistently engaged in quality improvement, healthcare training, and patient-centered care throughout a diverse career in the medical field.
