Madeleine Bowditch

Madeleine Bowditch is currently the Head of Strategy & Development in Structured Lending at Macquarie Group in the Commodities and Global Markets division. Madeleine has previously held positions at Macquarie Capital and Westpac Group in various senior management roles. Madeleine is also involved in the Risk Management Committee at North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club and serves as the Chair at Motorcycling NSW. Additionally, Madeleine is a Board Observer at The Observership Program and a Non Executive Director at Partners for Purpose. Madeleine has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Business Administration from The University of Sydney Business School and a Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors certificate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
