Kayne Ellis, Ed.D., currently holds the position of Coordinator of District Communications and K-12 District Supervisor of ELL & World Language at North Brunswick Township Public Schools since February 2017, where Kayne enthusiastically leads instructional efforts for ELL, Dual Language, Bilingual, and World Language educators across a large K-12 district. Prior to this role, Kayne served as the Supervisor of English & ESL and as an English Teacher at North Brunswick Township High School from February 2004 to February 2017, effectively guiding high school English and ELL teachers while instructing diverse English classes for grades 9-12. Additionally, Kayne was an Adjunct Professor of Writing at Brookdale Community College from September 2008 to December 2015, fostering learning among college students in dynamic writing courses. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Theory, Policy & Administration from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
