Howard Corey

Howard Corey has extensive experience in the utility sector, currently serving as the Education Liaison at North Carolina 811 since February 2014. Prior to this role, Howard Corey worked for Greenville Utilities from November 1976 to January 2014 as the Engineering Support Manager. In this position, Howard Corey provided technical engineering support for water distribution and wastewater collection systems, managed the annual operating budget, developed a five-year Capital Improvements Plan, and oversaw customer service activities. Additionally, Howard Corey was responsible for supervising engineering support staff, coordinating departmental GIS functions, and managing the Cross-Connection Control program. Howard Corey pursued education at Pitt Community College.
