Kevin Leonard

Kevin Leonard serves as the Executive Director at the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners. Prior to this role, Kevin held various positions in government relations and management at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP, the NC Department of Labor, and the NC House of Representatives. Kevin also gained experience in legislative work at the US House of Representatives and honed their skills in production and administration at C-SPAN. Kevin holds a MPA in Public Administration from American University and a BA in Political Science from Catawba College.
