Lynn Johnson

Lynn Johnson, SPHR CCEP, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at the North Carolina Bankers Association since June 2022. Concurrently, Lynn holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Select Bank and Trust Company, a role held since June 2003. Additionally, Lynn has served as the Corporate Ethics Officer and Human Resources Manager, Senior Vice President, and previously as Chief Operating Officer at Select Bank and Trust Company. Lynn is an alumnus of the SCCE Academy.
