Ashley Sieman has had an extensive career in higher education, with roles at various institutions. Ashley began in 2003 as a Resident Director at the University of Maryland, College Park before moving on to serve as a Community Director at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2007, they joined Marymount University as an Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life and Student Conduct Manager. In 2009, Ashley transitioned to George Mason University, where they held multiple roles, including Assessment Analyst, Graduate Faculty, and eventually Director of Assessment, Research, and Retention. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Analytics and Reporting at the North Carolina Community College System since 2016.
Ashley Sieman has a strong education background in the field of education administration. Ashley pursued an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina State University from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an M.A. in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Furthermore, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a B.S. in Biology between 1997 and 2001.
