Grayson Barnette

Grayson Barnette is a seasoned strategist and nonprofit advocate, currently serving as the Founder and Principal Strategist at Express Lane Strategies since March 2022, where expertise in leveraging talent and connections benefits various nonprofit causes. In addition to the role at Express Lane, Grayson holds positions as Vice Chair of the Board and Board Member for the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area and serves as a Senior Advisor to North Carolina Democratic Party Chair Anderson Clayton. Grayson has a solid background in marketing and communications from a previous role at Foothills Conservancy of North Carolina, as well as legislative experience as a Legislative Assistant for NC Senator Kirk deViere and campaign roles for various political figures. Grayson earned a degree in Political Science from the University of St. Francis and has experience in information technology and database management.
