Greg Bowers

Greg Bowers currently serves as the Deputy Executive Director for Finance, Administration, and Security at the North Carolina Education Lottery, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Greg Bowers spent over three decades at the Ohio Lottery Commission, where responsibilities included Chief Financial Officer, Acting Finance Director, Senior Budget Officer, and Fiscal Officer. Greg Bowers earned an MBA from Ashland University between 2003 and 2006 and completed undergraduate studies at Cleveland State University from 1989 to 1992.
