Terri Rose is an experienced marketing and communications professional, currently serving as Chief Brand Officer at the North Carolina Education Lottery since April 2022. Previously, Terri held the position of Director of Marketing at the Virginia Lottery from August 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included directing branding and advertising strategies. Prior to that, Terri was the Director of Communications and Curiosity at the Science Museum of Virginia, overseeing financial analysis and marketing effectiveness metrics from September 2002 to August 2016. Terri began the career as Director of Client Services at Investor Communications, managing client content systems and leading international office integrations from September 1996 to August 2002. Terri holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Political Science from the University of Virginia.
