Kathy Higgins Bostrom

Kathy Higgins Bostrom is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and journalism. Currently serving as the Associate Communications Director and Public Relations Director at the North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation since June 2008, Kathy has developed and implemented communication strategies for a prominent agricultural organization. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a reporter for The Smithfield Herald from June 1998 to June 2008, honing skills in news reporting and media relations. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Campbell University, earned between 1994 and 1998.
