Mike Eybel

Mike Eybel is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Internal Communications and Acting Director of Marketing and Communications at Scouts Canada since August 2022. With a strong background in strategic leadership, brand stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration, Mike leads a team of nine marketing professionals and reports directly to the CEO. Prior to joining Scouts Canada, Mike worked as a Brand Consultant at Bark! Branding, where marketing creativity was a key focus. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Specialist at Niaskoka Industrial Solutions Inc., Branding Expert at Studio 221 - Creative, and Marketing and Communications Manager at Me to We Social Enterprises. Mike holds a Post Graduate degree in Special Event Management from Niagara College and has extensive experience in event coordination and marketing management across various organizations.
