With extensive experience in managing budgets, leading teams, and implementing cybersecurity measures, Rocky has a proven track record of delivering secure solutions and ensuring operational efficiency. Rocky is currently serving as the IT Director and CISO at NC State Ports Authority, where Rocky provides leadership for all computer and cyber operations personnel.
