Allison Schafer

Allison Schafer has worked in a variety of positions over the years. Allison began their career in 1983 as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. In 1985, Schafer became a Partner/Associate at Tharrington Smith. Allison then moved on to the North Carolina School Boards Association in 1998, where they served as Legal Counsel/Director of Policy.

Allison Schafer received a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1983 and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Knox College, Galesburg, Illinois in 1979.
