Kevin J. Lineberry has extensive experience in higher education administration, financial aid, and student services. Kevin J. has held key roles at North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority, Davidson County Community College, Forsyth Technical Community College, and Grayson County Public Schools. Kevin has a Master of Arts from Wake Forest University, a Bachelor of Science from Bluefield University, and an Associate of Applied Science from Wytheville Community College. Their expertise includes leadership, budget oversight, program development, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision.

As the state agency that promotes access to education in North Carolina, we help students of all ages pay for their education. Our collaborative, College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC), assists thousands of students each year plan, apply and pay for college. We also provide resources for students and families to save and pay for education, teach educators how to navigate financial aid programs, administer student grant, scholarship and loan programs, and advocate for resources to support students of all ages.
