Darlene Schaefer has extensive experience in educational roles, currently serving as an Instructional Designer at North Carolina Virtual Public School since May 2009, where leadership is provided to a team of Instructional Technology Specialists to develop online learning courses for students in grades 6-12. In addition to this role, Darlene functions as a Curriculum Coordinator, collaborating with subject matter experts to create fully-online and blended learning courses, and serves as a Curriculum Instructional Leader since November 2013.
