Erin Melo is an experienced Spanish Instructor and Mentor Coordinator at the Wake County Public School System, serving since August 2007. Responsibilities include leading a mentor program for new teachers, designing instructor-led training, and developing resources to support diverse learners. Concurrently, Erin has been a Spanish Instructor at North Carolina Virtual Public School since July 2010, collaborating with subject matter experts on eLearning course design and assessment. Additional experience includes working as a Spanish Instructor and Contract Curriculum Developer at Granville County Public Schools from August 2014 to June 2016, where Erin conducted needs analysis and created eLearning courses.
