Shanna Harwell, PE, CEM, CMVP, PEM, serves as the Manager of Integration and M&V at North Carolina's Electric Cooperatives since August 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and integration of the Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) software platform to support Distributed Energy Resource and Demand Response programs.
