North Central Behavioral Health Systems
Alecia Bernardoni, MSW, LSW, QMHP, CADC, is a skilled behavioral health therapist currently employed at North Central Behavioral Health Systems since August 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating substance abuse groups and individual therapy, as well as coordinating and referring care. Prior experience includes roles as a drug and alcohol counselor in training at Saint Francis Ministries, where group and individual therapies were conducted, and as a permanency specialist managing caseloads and attending court. Additional experience encompasses work as a foster care caseworker and residential counselor at Kemmerer Village, as well as previous positions in various care and customer service roles, including site coordination at the YMCA and sales associate positions. Alecia holds a Master of Social Work from Aurora University and dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Youth Ministry from Greenville University.
