Victoria Hughes has extensive work experience in various roles related to coaching and healthcare. In 1991, they started working as a Holistic Health Coach at Herbalife, a global nutrition company. Victoria focused on customer needs, helped communities, and sponsored world-class athletes teams and events. In 2013, they joined Memorial Hermann Health System - Home Health as a Clinical Manager, where they were responsible for supervising and managing department staff, providing leadership to the nursing unit, and ensuring positive physician/staff relations. Victoria also played a role in marketing, planning, program development, and community outreach. In 2018, they started their own coaching company called Victoria Hughes Coaching. Additionally, in the same year, they worked as a Behavioral Health Nurse at North Central Health Care.
Victoria Hughes completed their education at various institutions. From 2016 to 2021, they attended the Health Coach Institute and obtained a Certified Mastery Health Coach degree in Transformational Method Coaching. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1984, they attended the Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where they earned a Diploma in Nursing, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. In their earlier years, from 1977 to 1980, they attended Wausau East High School, where they obtained a general education degree.
