Robb Nelson

Robb Nelson serves as the Deputy General Counsel for the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters since July 2013, providing strategic counsel for a large regional union with over 25,000 members across multiple states. With a strong background in labor and employment law, Robb has successfully led negotiations on over 100 collective bargaining agreements, achieving better conditions and wages for workers. Previous experience includes roles as a Law Clerk at Education Minnesota, an intern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and positions within the University of Minnesota Consumer Protection Clinic. Robb holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus on history and liberal arts.
