Clint Carter possesses extensive experience in technology and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Technology and New Service Introduction at NCTC North Central since November 2009. Prior to this role, Clint held multiple positions at IBM from October 2002 to November 2009, including Service Delivery Manager, IT Coordinator, Delivery Solutions Leader, Business Area Manager, and Project Manager. Clint earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University between 2000 and 2001, and previously attended Volunteer State Community College from 1997 to 1999.
