Gwen Chapman

Gwen Chapman currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at North Clackamas Schools, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Gwen Chapman spent over 15 years at the City of Bend, advancing through various positions including Procurement and Public Contracts Director, Purchasing and Public Contracts Manager, Assistant Human Resources Manager, and Accounting Manager. Earlier in the career, Gwen Chapman worked at the City of Kirkland as Financial Operations Manager and Accounting Manager. Gwen Chapman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Oregon and has completed 32 hours of mediation training at Central Oregon Mediation.
