Vadim Riskin serves as the Student and Community Engagement Specialist for North Clackamas Schools since August 2019. As the Founder and President of the East European Coalition since 2008, Vadim Riskin focuses on uniting Eastern European communities in Oregon and SW Washington while promoting their culture. In addition, Vadim Riskin has led Language Treasures Publishing Co. as CEO since 1995, providing essential resources for improving English language transition in schools. Vadim Riskin also founded and chaired the East European Youth Leadership Conference from 1997 to 2023, enhancing leadership opportunities for Russian-Speaking/Ukrainian students. Prior experience includes roles as Interim Director and Equity Coordinator at Portland Public Schools from 1994 to 2018, where management of school-family partnerships contributed to student academic success. Vadim Riskin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership in Organizations from Bellevue University.
