Emiliano Lee

Emiliano Lee is an accomplished Store Operations Manager at North Coast Co-op since October 2020, contributing significantly to its culture post-Covid. With a rich career beginning in 2004, Emiliano has held various roles, including Good Food Advocate at Cheese & Sundry, Grocery Manager at Lexington Cooperative, and Bay Area Manager at Food Matters Again. Notable achievements include opening the Cheese department at Lexington Coop, establishing operations for Food Matters Again on the West Coast, and founding the retail arm of Farmshop LA & Marin. Emiliano's early experience as a cheesemonger at Harmons Grocery and a Fresh Foods Wrangler at Liberty Heights Fresh laid the foundation for a commitment to supporting local and authentic food producers.
