Kyle Stavig

Kyle Stavig has extensive experience as a CEO and owner in the industrial container industry. Kyle is the CEO of Stavig Group, a position they have held since 2007. Additionally, they have served as the CEO of Chicago Steel Container LLC since 2022 and the CEO of North Coast Container since 2018. Kyle acquired Myers Container LLC in 2007 and served as the CEO and owner. Prior to that, they were the President of Myers Container from 1987 to 2007. Stavig has also held leadership roles in General Steel Drum LLC and the Industrial Steel Drum Institute. Kyle has served on the board of various industry associations, including the International Confederation of Drum Manufacturers, the National Association of Manufacturers, and the Industrial Packaging Alliance of North America. Kyle Stavig obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business Management from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. In 2018, they attended the United States Air Force Academy, focusing on Leadership & Character. In 2016, they also attended Thayer Leadership, where they pursued West Point Leadership Development. Additionally, Stavig obtained a certification in Honsha Leadership in Lean Transformation from Honsha, which they accomplished in May 2017. Thayer Leadership also awarded him certifications in Leadership and Leadership, although the specific years of completion are not provided.
